Reviewing the progress of goals and initiatives set forth within our operating companies EMS on a regular basis to enable continuous improvement.
Corporate EHS Policy
RPM is committed to reducing risks to human health and the environment in and around the workplace. More specifically, we are dedicated to maintaining the health and safety of our employees, customers and neighbors and preserving the integrity of our environment. This commitment is supported by management and is the individual and collective responsibility of RPM employees.
We achieve these goals by:
Educating and training employees, temporary workers and contract associates in an effort to institutionalize environmental, health and safety standards, expectations, awareness and values through-out the organization;
Developing initiatives and local goals to foster a culture of continuous improvement in workplace health and safety and reduce adverse environmental impacts to the communities we operate within;
Raising EH&S awareness of our employees and stressing personal and team accountability throughout the organization;
Complying with or exceeding all applicable environmental, health and safety regulatory requirements;
Conserving natural resources through pollution prevention, energy conservation and waste reduction;
